- AgentChat Architecture: Designed and built Typeface's AgentChat interface end-to-end — rich messages, human-in-the-loop flows, async chat invocations, chat lifecycle management, event-driven UI state handling, thread settings, and modular asset-pickers.
- Multi-Surface Embeds (SDK): Packaged AgentChat as a reusable module across surfaces (Chrome extension and Office add-in) with dynamic brand-kit theming, powering the Coca-Cola Brand Partner GA launch and enterprise embeds for Sequoia and Salesforce.
- SPACH Canvas Shell: Extended the agentic architecture to Typeface's SPACH canvas shell with drag-and-drop workflows, synced zoom, and persistent state.
- Intel Named Delivery: Owned delivery of Intel-requested capabilities including rich-HTML asset generation, management, export pipeline (PDF/PNG), and auto-annotation.
